Commercial questions
Do you require a meeting before starting?
No. The standard workflow is asynchronous. We can scope from your product URL and written answers. If a live call would materially reduce ambiguity, we will say why rather than make it mandatory by default.
Do you guarantee that a buyer will approve us?
No. No independent reviewer can control a buyer's risk appetite or decision. We identify evidence gaps, likely questions and remediation opportunities; the buyer makes its own decision.
Is this a certification or legal opinion?
No. UniToolx does not issue SOC 2, ISO 42001 or regulatory certifications and does not provide legal advice. Where legal interpretation is required, qualified counsel should make that determination.
Can you sign an NDA?
Confidential work can be performed under an agreed NDA or confidentiality clause. Commercial terms are confirmed before private material is shared.
How do we pay?
Payment instructions and the contracting/billing identity are included in the written proposal or invoice. Do not send payment details through the website contact form.
