This notice explains what information UniToolx receives through this website and how it is used.

1. Information you provide

If you use the contact form or email us, we may receive your name, work email, company, product URL, message and any other information you choose to provide. Do not submit passwords, API keys, customer records, special-category personal data or confidential security material through the public contact form.

2. Technical information

The hosting provider may process ordinary server logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp and security events for delivery, abuse prevention and operational purposes. UniToolx does not use this site to intentionally collect sensitive personal information.

3. Why we use information

Information is used to respond to inquiries, scope requested services, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Cookies and analytics

The current public site does not intentionally deploy advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. If analytics or other tracking technologies are introduced, this notice will be updated and any legally required consent mechanism will be implemented.

5. Sharing

Information may be processed by service providers needed to host, deliver email, secure or operate the service. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Retention

Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the business conversation, recordkeeping, dispute prevention and legal obligations. Retention for client project material is addressed in the applicable engagement terms.

7. International processing

UniToolx operates remotely and may work with service providers or clients in different countries. Where applicable law requires specific transfer safeguards, those are handled in the relevant service arrangement.

8. Your requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or other action regarding your personal information. Send privacy requests to privacy@unitoolx.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.
