1. Website information
Website content is general information about UniToolx services and methodology. It is not legal advice, a certification, a warranty of compliance, or a guarantee that any buyer, auditor, regulator or other third party will accept a product.
2. Service scope
The exact deliverables, evidence sources, testing permissions, price, payment terms and delivery schedule for paid work are defined in writing before the engagement starts. If these website terms conflict with signed or accepted project-specific terms, the project-specific terms control for that engagement.
3. Client-provided information
Clients are responsible for having authority to provide documents, accounts, test environments and other material supplied for review. Do not provide third-party secrets or personal information unless you have a lawful basis and it is necessary for the agreed scope.
4. Technical testing authorization
UniToolx does not perform intrusive or destructive testing unless the target, methods, environment and authorization are expressly agreed. A client must not ask UniToolx to test systems it does not own or have authority to test.
5. Assessment limitations
Findings are based on the evidence, access, timing and scope stated in the report. A finding of “unverified” or “not located” does not by itself establish that a control does not exist. A supported claim is supported within the stated scope; it is not a universal warranty.
6. Intellectual property
UniToolx retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates and reusable know-how. Client-specific reports and usage rights are defined in the applicable engagement terms. Website content may not be copied or represented as third-party certification without permission.
7. Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations for private project material are defined in the applicable proposal, NDA or engagement terms. Public website inquiries should not contain confidential security material.
8. Pricing and payment
Website prices describe standard scopes and may change. A written quote controls once accepted. Applicable taxes, processor charges or unusual third-party costs are disclosed as part of the quote when relevant.
9. No outcome guarantee
UniToolx does not guarantee a procurement decision, sales result, certification, regulatory outcome or absence of defects/vulnerabilities. The purpose of the service is to improve evidence clarity and readiness within the agreed scope.
