What a UniToolx assessment does—and does not—mean.

UniToolx does
- Assess the consistency and support for product claims within agreed scope.
- Review documents and evidence supplied by the client.
- Identify missing, partial or conflicting evidence.
- Frame likely enterprise buyer questions and remediation paths.
- Perform limited technical checks only when explicitly authorized and scoped.
- State limitations and unknowns in the report.
UniToolx does not
- Certify SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, GDPR, EU AI Act or any other standard/law.
- Provide legal advice or determine legal compliance.
- Guarantee procurement approval, sales outcomes or absence of vulnerabilities.
- Perform destructive or unauthorized testing.
- Claim that evidence not found in scope does not exist anywhere.
- Replace a formal penetration test, audit or specialist legal review when one is required.
How to read our conclusions
Supported means the reviewed evidence supports the assessed claim within the stated scope. It is not a universal guarantee.
Partially supported means the evidence covers only part of the claim, product path, customer tier, jurisdiction or operational condition.
Unverified means sufficient evidence was not available within scope. It does not automatically mean the claim is false.
Inconsistent means reviewed sources or observed behavior materially conflict.
Test-dependent means documentary review cannot resolve the issue and an authorized technical check would be necessary.
